I had a wonderful stay in my spacious room, loved the delicious breakfast spread, and appreciated the great cleaning service. I'd definitely come back for more! Overall, very satisfying.

The building shows its age!!! Wi-Fi connectivity was almost nonexistent in the rooms!!! Lobby access was the only consolation for an unreliable service.

great walking access to parks and iconic attractions

The hotel is fantastic with its excellent proximity to Galerias Pacifico for shopping and the beautiful Reserva Ecologica Costanera Sur which is perfect for a peaceful park stroll. The staff were really nice during my stay making me feel welcome.

The location was excellent and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast included some tasty croissants, although overall, the breakfast selection could be improved. While the room was spacious and well-maintained, the elevators felt outdated, and there was noticeable mosquito activity inside the hotel that detracted from the experience.

The air conditioning worked well but the elevators were quite old and slow.

We stayed in a spacious Queen Suite that was recently refurbished. The staff went above and beyond, even giving my kids special treats. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The breakfast spread was delicious and kept fresh.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for kids.

Decent stay with some issues

I stayed here for 4 nights and honestly, it wasn’t great. The room was okay, but the bathroom didn't close properly and I had issues with toilet paper. I had to use tissues. Breakfast was pretty lame, only scrambled eggs were good. At least they had an in-room breakfast option, which was a plus.
